Pedestrian Motion Detection for Driverless Car application

Course project for class 16831 – Statistical Technique in Robotics , Carnegie Mellon University, Fall  2014

Team : Rushane Hua, Pranay Agrawal, Ardya Dipta

We address the task of inferring the future actions of people from combination of range measurement input and visual data. We aim to predict the movement of people on a corridor based on their prior position and direction to certain goal position. One possible application for this work is autonomous vehicle observation on humans on the road.
